Step-By-Step: EZ Start

Under Construction

If you are literally brand new to this, this page is designed to make it easy for you to build your impression "step by step." Links to the major vendors are included as you go. This is for a wool "M36"-based impression. Vendors selected represent the above average or better tier in authenticity, production quality and availability. This does not mean you can't find better for cheaper-- these are just the most consistent at all three criteria. These are not meant to be an endorsement of vendors; we do business with all of them for many items and our experience shows that all of them have been acceptable for virtually any item you'll need to get started. As you become more discriminating over time, you may end up favoring some over others, depending on the item.
